Wrap and turn stitches

Pattern has short rows with WT on row 1 and 2. Row three says: "Work to 5 sts beyond wrapped st, WT." My question is: Do you wrap the 5th stitch or the next stitch which would be the 6th?

You knit 5 sts beyond and then wrap the 6th stitch.
