Unsure of pattern instruction.

As shown in picture the pattern says to start with a purl row, work 3 rows in ss, change to brown and cont in ss. My question is how many rows am I to knit in brown ss? Many thanks in advance.

Hello Jacqueline,

It seems to me that the pattern should have "as follows" after"change to brown and cont in ss".

I would change to brown and then go directly to the next row instruction.
