Trouble Reading Chart

I have a pattern for a sweater called Roses and Ribbons from the book Sweaters from the Seaton Collection.

I am having a terrible time trying to figure out the charts for the sweater.

I can't figure out if the back of the sweater is the same as the front.

I have a picture of the sweater but it only shows the front - not the back.

Can anyone help me? I'm not a good knitter but I really like the sweater and it

does look challenging but I thought I might try it.
