PDF instructions not the same as web page

I started knitting dishcloth #3, and after repeating the 4 pattern rows as written in the PDF download, I had 24 stitches instead of 41. In the pdf it has "yf" (yarn front) where the web page has "yo".

So I will start again :-(

I'd recommend updating the PDF download or removing the link to it for the sake of all those who follow.

Hi Jessica,

The yo and yf in this case give the same result and I often use them interchageably.

I'm sorry that you feel disappointed and had to start over again.
I check at Ravelry to see if other knitters have the same complaints but so far I haven't seen one yet. The dishcloths seem to turn out fine.
