Why so many + ?

What you have here is;

(RS) K5, yfwd, sl1,k1,psso [K4, yfwd, sl1,k1,psso] 8 times, wrap.

I am in the middle of leaving for the trip so I was rushing to get this video out to you. I hope it helps explaining this pattern to you.
