Hello there,

I will call it a cluster of stitches. I'm not sure what kind of pattern it is but it's produce a little star or flower like pattern. I guess you can use them different ways depending on how you want them.

A sample in the photo above is using alternate knit 3 sts and a set of a cluster. Just change the position of them to make them look interesting.

What are you making and how the pattern uses these stitches. It would be good to see where you place them on your project.
