Increasing stitches

Cont in patt, inc 1 stitch at each end of next and 0 foll 4th rows, then on 2 foll 6th rows. What does this mean? Do I knit the foll 4th rows with no increases?

Increase st at each end of 0 fall 4th rows

Hi Linda,

It mean to inc 1 st at each end of the next row. Skip the 4th row because it's zero time. Then move to inc on every 6th rows two times.
