Increasing a sweater sleeve

My instructions say to inc 1 st at each end of 3rd and 00:2:8:11 foll 4th rows, then on every foll 6th row. My size is 8.

Am I increasing at the 3rd and 8th row and then every 4th row?

Hi Connie,

No, you've got the 3rd row one right.
Here are where to increase ;

Increase 1 st at each end on the 3rd row.
And then dec 1 st at each end on every 4 rows for 8 times.
Then on every 6 rows (? times) If this doesn't say how many times then you can continue doing it until it tell you to stop.
