Knitting sleeve pattern say ( work 2 rows straight,inc at each end of next row) 21 times . Does that mean every other row .

Hi Norma,

This means to work straight for 2 rows and then on the next row, which is the third row you increase at each end. Increase every 3rd row for 21 times in total.
