Increase stiches on sleeve

Hi The pattern reads inc 1 st at each end of 7th and every following 10th row does this mean to increase on the 7th row 1 time and increase every 10th row until there are 51 stiches then work straight or increase every 7th and 10th row. Please help!

Sorry for late reply.
You inc 1 st at each end of the 7th row one time and then inc every 10th row there after until there are 51 sts.
