The pattern I am working with has a section that says, "k2, into next st work k1, (wyif, k1) twice, turn." I am confused about the middle of that. Help, please.

Hello Beth,

This is how I see it;

First k2, Then you'll work the whole set of "k1, (wyif, k1) twice" into the next stitch, then turn.

The "k1, (wyif, k1) twice" can be translated as "k1, yo, k1, yo, k1". You'll end up with 5 sts in one stitch. See the sample photo that I knitted above.

Does this make sense?

Thank you for sharing your question with us. Have a great evening!

Ratcha
