I have a question about this pattern and knitting in the round

When they say cast on 6, they mean per double pointed needle right? And since I am using circular needles that's 6(5) so that's 30 casted on stitches?

Hi Amanda,

I couldn't read the direction at all. It turned out all blurred. If the instruction says to cast on 6 sts, it means to cast on only 6 sts and work only on these sts back and forth. if it says cast on 6 st on each double point needle, then you can cast on (6x5) on you circular needle.
