How to sl 1 wyb multiple times in a row

I'm working on a project where the pattern is a bit confusing. It requires that I sl 1 wyb multiple times in a row (some rows its sl1 wyf). My question is, if the pattern calls to do this, do I need to yarn over so that the yarn is in back for each stitch? Or do I just leave the yarn in back from the first one and keep slipping the stitches?

Hi,

It depends on what comes before and after the sl1 wyb. If all you have to do be fore and after is knit, then you can just keep the yarn in the back. So, I guess the best way to put it is like you said which is keeping yarn at the back for each sl st except when you do sl 1 wyf, then you put yarn in the front.

Thank you for sending in your question.
Happy knitting!
