How to decrease “0” time in rounds


The pattern says to decrease on the 8th round 0 times for my size, then decrease on the 6th round 2 times. Do I still work the 8 rounds and just not decrease then work 6 rounds and decrease twice, or do I skip the first set of 8 rounds and go directly to the 6 round decreases? Thank you for any help you can offer!

Thanks for the question.
You skip the 8th round and move to the 6th round decrease twice.
