Hello Knitter!

To purl the next 3 stitches and then pass the 2nd and 3rd stitches over the first stitch, you would follow these steps:

First purl 3 stitches. Next, with the left needle, lift the second stitch on the right needle (counting from the tip of the needle) over the first stitch and off the needle. Repeat this for the third stitch, so only one stitch remains on the right needle.

You have now purled 3 stitches and passed the 2nd and 3rd stitches over the first stitch.
