How do I do this instruction in only 1 stitch- (k1, yf, k1, yf, k1) all in one stitch

Could you please help me with this knitting instruction
(k1,yfwd,k1,yfwd,k1)
ALL in the ONE stitch !!!!
I have tried and tried but cannot work out all those instructions for just 1 stitch.
HELP please.

"(k1,yfwd,k1,yfwd,k1) ALL in the ONE stitch"

I found a video tutorial on this for you. Watch it a few times and then practice. It can be quite confusing at first but I think you'll do just fine. Even though the video title k1, yo, k1, yo, k1 but this is the exactly same thing as k1, yf, k1, yf, k1 since these are knit stitches the YO and yf (yfwd) work the same way.
