help with a row in my pattern

I am using a pattern that I found on the internet. I cant find a way to contact the pattern writer, and looking at the comments others have the same problem but she is not responding to them. I was wondering if you could help.

Row 13 – SL1, * K1 from first loop, K1 * and
Row 15 – SL1, * K1, K1 from first loop *
Row 14 is pearl all stitches.

Hi Cindy,

I'm not sure where and how these loops were formed. I would be able to tell you more if I have more instruction of previous rows.

Looking at row 13, I would say, you do sl 1, * then k1 from the first loop, k1; then repeat from * to end of the row.

Row 15, do the opposite by sl1, * k1, k1 from first loop; then repeat to the end.

Again, I love to see more pattern direction please or send me a link to the pattern would work too.
