Decreasing stitches every second row on the RS

If it says to, on the RS, decrease 1 st at each edge every other row, would this mean to do the decreases every RS row or every second RS row?

Hello Linda,

It means to decrease 1 st at each edge every other row starting on this current right side row. So, you would do decreases on every right side row not every second right side row.
