Decreasing at neck

The pattern is saying next knot ow and every following knot row k2tog at neck 4 times. It should leave me with 15 stiches. I am snot sure what 4 times means as I have more that 15 stitches left after I have done this. so much be doing something wrong...

How many did you started with before the neck decrease?
If you k2tog every knit row for 4 times, then you would eliminated 4 sts. I'm not sure what went wrong. Maybe I can get a better idea if I see more of the pattern. As for now I'm not be able to help much.
