Can i do k2 together insteasd of S1, s1, k1, psso, to shape top of mitts . I know pattern says I am taking 4 stitches off . But I am ending up with 1 less at end of row. When I follow pattern.

k2tog or sl2,k1 psso

Hi Caroline,

The sl1, sl1, k1 pass over decreases 2 stitches and it slants to the left. If you're comfortable with the way k2tog looks (slant to the right) then you could do k2tog twice so that you have 2 st decreases.
