What does this mean?

Rnds 6-17: repeat rnds 2-5 three times. (Noteworthy is rnds 3-4 is actually rnd 2 repeated twice). Helppppp

Thank you so much for the comment. That helps a lot. Why can't these patterns be written that simple. Thank you again.

Hi Rochelle,

This means to keep repeating rnds 2-5 until you have a total of 17 rows. You will work 3 more sets of rnds 2-5.

You work would be like this;

Rnd 6: rep rnd 2.
Rnd 7: rep rnd 3.
Rnd 8: rep rnd 4.
Rnd 9: rep rnd 5.

Rnd 10: rep rnd 2.
Rnd 11: rep rnd 3.
Rnd 12: rep rnd 4.
Rnd 13: rep rnd 5.

Rnd 14: rep rnd 2.
Rnd 15: rep rnd 3.
Rnd 16: rep rnd 4.
Rnd 17: rep rnd 5.

If rnds 3 and 4 are same as rnd 2, then it's much more easier to repeat. It's pretty simple but the pattern makes it looks much more complicated.

Thanks for visiting and questioning.
Happy knitting!

Ratcha
