Understanding increase

I have 108 stitches on needle I have been knitting k2,p2 for 15 rows on the 16th row I am to do inc 0 (2-0-1) can u tell me what that means finishing with 108 stitches thanks

You don't have to do your increase because your stitch count remain 108 stitches.

0 (2-0-1) are numbers corresponding to pattern sizes. Your size is 0.
