Towel

Can you send me a video or explain to me what this pattern consist of? I don't quite understand it. When it goes on and starts telling you how many to knit and pearl after the beginning of the pattern. the stitches don't add up. So please help me to understand this part of the pattern.

Pattern
Cast on 4 stitches op with color A
Make #1 corner
Purl 8 rows
Keep the 4 stitches on left needle. Using your right needle Pick up 4 stitches from cast on edge, And pick up 3 stitches from work side.
Slip for 4 stitches from left needle on to right Needle.

The Pattern you gave me above doesn't make sense to me either. I need to see the whole pattern please. Is there a link to it?
