Resizing Sweater Pattern

I want to make those sweater for a 9 month and 12 month old, as the structures only go up to 6 months.

Resizing Sweater Pattern

If you want it bigger then you have to add more width to the body and make the length a little bit longer. Maybe increase the armhole length a little as well as widen the neck area.

This will require some calculation. You can draw out the structure of the sweater in a piece of paper and write down numbers of stitches it requires according to the width and height. Just make sure that the sleeve widths are the same as the armholes.

I finished this hat awhile ago but didn’t get a chance to post it. It is my experimental piece. The Pom Pom can be remove when you want to put up a pony tail. Thanks to my models who can tolerates such condition. :)
