Repeats in a chart

Hello I am Knitting a fair isle sweater where the sleeves of a are bottom up in the round. In the chart it says for a size small, start here. And it points to sts 7 on the chart.
My question is what do I do For rounds 2 and on. Do I start at sts 1. Or just always start at sts 7?

Thank you for sending in the question.
Yes, you will begin round 2 and every round after at st# 7 (or column 7) so that the pattern will remain as it shows in the picture.
