I’m having trouble understanding the directions for the sleeves when do I start to increase? If I understand the pattern correctly I first start increasing after I knit the pattern (30 rows) 6 times, meaning the work measures about 56 cm. That doesn’ seem right.

Hi Beryl,

p0(1:0:1) means to either p 0 or p 1 according to your chosen size.
Each number belongs to each particular size represents in the same position. In your case, smallest (small: medium: large).
So, you pick your number and work on that. You can ignore other numbers. You can make it easy for your self by going though the whole pattern and circle all of the numbers that belong to your size. It saves time this way.

Thank you for the question and visit.
Take care,

Ratcha
