Pick up and work the wrapped stitches - short row knitting

The pattern says when slipped st is to be worked, with right hand needle, pick up the wrapped strand in front of slipped st on the left hand needle and place it on left hand needle in front of all the sts...K or P tog. the next st tbl...I am totally confused..can you please help me.

Hi Anne,

I found a good video for you here that explain exactly what you need to know. Basically, what the direction wants you to do is to work the wrapped and the slipped stitches together so that the wrapped yarn won't show.
