(P1 yon KB1) all into yf of row below, p1

this how I would do it;

Locate a yf st of the low below and pick it up with the left needle. Then p1 into it, then wrap yarn around the needle once, then knit one to the back loop of the yf st. slip yf st. of the left needle. This is all once set of (p1,yon,KB1) then the p1 as usual of the left needle.
