Need help to understand pattern

I am finishing a project my mom was busy with before she passed away and I battle to understand the pattern for the sleeves. Managed up till now after many times of starting over and pulling out. But cant work out what to do. Attached pics

Pattern reads
Inc 1 st at each end of next row and 10 following 10th rows - 77 sts

Help will be most appreciated

Hi Dee,

That's so sweet of you to do this and I'm so sorry for your lost. I'll try to do my best to help you complete the project.

So you will start with this current row. Increase 1 st at each end of this row.

[Then you'll knit straight for 9 rows. Do increase again on each end of the next row (10th row).] This will be 1 following 10th row.

Now you have to do 9 more sets of the increase I wrote in the brackets [ ] to get 10 following 10th row.

The total increases should be 11 times altogether. You will end up with 77 sts on the needle.
