Keeping continuity of pattern

by Carolling

I have to follow 4 rows keeping continuity of pattern for 8 rows before decreasing. My problem is the 1st and 2nd rows ended in 37 stitches and the 3rd and 4th ends in 35 how do I repeat the rows to stay at 35 stitches for 8 rows.

I think what the direction want you to do is to keep working the pattern for 8 rows. You don't have to keep it 35 sts. You follow the pattern 1-4 rows twice so that you have 8 rows. Then you can do the decrease.

Thank Carolling for the question,
