Increasing multiple stitches in a row and sticking to the color work pattern

Hi I am having an one more time trying to figure out this chart is based on 100 stitches with a 10 stitch repeat in the round top down. The second row is a invisible left increase which leaves me with 15 stitches for a repeat I don’t know if I should be moving to stitch markers but as I go on word nothing matches up

I don't quite understand how this pattern works. If nothing is matched up then something must be wrong. Can you please send me a link to the pattern? I would love to help.

I finished this hat awhile ago but didn’t get a chance to post it. It is my experimental piece. The Pom Pom can be remove when you want to put up a pony tail. Thanks to my models who can tolerates such condition. :)
