How to repeat short rows in a sleeve pattern

I am starting a sleeve. I picked up 66 stitches. The pattern says to work short row as in the sleeve cable chart. Sleeve cap shaping with short - rows. Short row 1 RS; K1 work 4 sts in moss st, work sleeve chart.
short wor 2 WS: work sleeve chart
Short row 3 RS: Work sleeve chart
Short row 4WS: Work sleeve chart
Then the pattern says;
Repeat short rows 3 and 4 6 more time. Then continue short row 5.

How can I do this? If I do the short rows over and over it will make a hole when I start row 5?

Hi,

I don't understand this pattern because I don't have all the details.
You shouldn't leave any hole if you wrap before you turn and then you knit the wrapped st and the wrap together on the next row.

Here is a sample video on the wrap and turn.

I finished this hat awhile ago but didn’t get a chance to post it. It is my experimental piece. The Pom Pom can be remove when you want to put up a pony tail. Thanks to my models who can tolerates such condition. :)
