how to continue CO after slipping 24 st on to a needle holder

I am knitting a market bag and my pattern said to K24 st then cast off 59 which I did. Then it said to place next 24 stitches to a st holder-I am assuming I keep the last stitch on the right needle and move the next 24 onto st holder. Then I am to continue BO to end of row. Do I use the one st left on the right needle to start BO again jumping over the 24 st on holder? I have looked for a video but had no luck with that! Usually I can figure it out with a video. This will be the last row before starting the strap.

Hi,

After binding off 59 sts. The stitch that you have on the right needle is the stitch #60 and it should go right onto the stitch holder. So the st #60 is count as the 1st of the 24 sts to be placed on the holder. Then go on and bind off the rest of the row. At the end of this row, you should have 24 sts on the right needle.

Happy Knitting! Thanks for stopping by with the question.
