How do you use circular needles?

Question: I'm not a beginner but for some reason using circular needles intimidate me. What's the trick?

Answer: I felt the same way when I first started using circular needles. Now I use them all the time even when I don't knit things in circle.

I think the trick is to get use to them as much as possible. Circular needles has shorter tips which may feel a little awkward at first but you'll get use to them over time. The short tips and a flexible tube will come in handy in many ways. You can knit in a tight elbow space easily. The needles can be used as a stitch holder if you don't have one.

I would suggest getting a pair for your next project and use it to replace straight needles. By the time you done with it, you will be so familiar with the needles. Once you've done that, you'll ready for knitting in round without any intimidation!

Let me know when you ready and we'll work this out!

Thank you for the question,

Ratcha
