Hi Carol,

I usually use yarn label as a guide. It suggests needle size to use with a gauge guide.

There is a good chart I found on a web that tells what needle to use with different yarn.

I would try a few sizes and pick the one that work well with the yarn. It should be easy to knit not too loose and not too tight.
