How do I do a FT2 stitch?

I cannot seem to find any help anywhere with this stitch. It’s like it’s non-existent’s. Hope you can help me.

I'm looking for FT1. If you chk the following website, she demonstrates how to FT1 but I can't quite figure it out ... I can't find the 'long stitch':

look for 'ribbed 3x2 knitting stitch'

I'm knitting a scarf.

I don't know what FT2 is. Did you browse thought the pattern to see if there is an explanation for it? What is the pattern call?
