Hi how do i Knit this i am really stuck i have been sitting with pen and paper for the past 3 night

I am so fatigued and frustrated. I am hoping that you can please help me. I can't end up with 176 stiches in each row.

1st row:P5,[P2,K18,P2(3times)(P2,K2,P14times,K2)twice,P2,P2,K18,P2(3)times,P5

2nd row:K5, K2,P18,K2(3)times,(K2,P2,K14times,P2)twice,K2,]K2,P18,K2](3times),K5

3rd row:P5,]P2,K6,C12F,P2](3times)(P2,K2,P1,C5Ftwice)twice,P2P2,K6,C12F,P2(3)times,P5.
