Follow a cable pattern after a increase round

The cable pattern is 1-4 and the increase is row 5. Five says next row in pattern which would be 1. Then 6-9 is follow pattern 1-4. So am I repeating row 1 (5 & 6). Also, row one is one stitch off due to increase.

Hi Ellen,

It sounds like you're doing it right. Just keep repeating row 1-4. The increases would be over the purl sts and shouldn't effect the cable panel. You should be find as long as you keep the cable column aligned.
