Decreasing instructions

Pattern states in 1st round work 64 decreases every 3rd st 36 times and every 4th st 28 times. Does this mean decreasing every 3rd and 4th st? Or do you dec every 3rd st 36 times THEN dec every 4th st 28 times?

Hi Peggy,

It doesn't say decrease evenly or alternately. I would do the dec every 3rd st 36 times first and then do dec every 4th st 28 times separately.
