Pattern says - knit 7, knit up next cast-on st., turn. (not sure what knit up next cast-on st. means)

Hi Diane,

Do you have a cast on st on a previous row? I think it means to knit into the cast on stitch. I'm not sure what else could it be.

Does anyone else heard of this before?
