Figured it out
by: Anonymous

I finally figured it out myself. The pattern is written from the left to right instead of from the right to left. The + is returned to the left needle and then TURNED and the rest of the stitches are knitted. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome! I didn't help you much. You figured it all out.

confused knitter
by: Anonymous

This was very helpful. I went to my SIL as she is an experienced knitter. She had no clue and went to her knitting group and they had no clue. I am just happy I can finish the sweater. Thanks so much

Confused about the pattern instruction
by: Ratchadawan

9th rd: (P1 K1 M1 rib 133 m1 K2 P1) twice. (knit everything in parenthesis and repeat it one more time )

10th-12th rd: work straight in stockinette st

13th rd: this is an increase row again, so you will do the same increase or M1 as previous but this time you'll have more stitches since you increased 2 sts x 2 on the 9th rd.
So, on the 13th rd, It will be like this: (p1,k2,m1,rib 133, m1,k3,p1)twice
The M1 stitches always come before and after rib 133.

Then work straight on round 14-16 and then do increase the same way on round 17 keeping the M1 before and after rib 133. Now we have one more set to go to complete the increase.

Work straight 3 more rounds. Then do increase M1 on round 21. and work round 22 straight. This will complete this set of instruction.

Hope this is not too confusing. Have a wonderful evening!
