Cannot understand instructions at end of row 1

Back
Using 4.5 mm needles cast on
113121, 125, 133 sts and work in
pattern as follows:
NOTE: The bell edging that
starts off the back is decreased
down to 5761, 66, 69 sts.
Knit one row.
Row 1 (RS): P22, 4, 4, *k5, p3;
rep from * to last 77, 1, 1 sts,
k45, 0, 0, p22, 1, 1. 1314, 15,
16
reps

I do not understand the instructions at the end of Row 1 indicating 13(14,15,16) reps what am I repeating 14 times. Have done the pattern once but the overall length of the back is too small for a 2-3 year old.

Hi,

Is your gauge the same as the pattern? Maybe you can make yours in the larger size. Kids are growing up so fast, perhaps this will be a good solution.
