What does k each st around 108 sts

I have knitted k2p2 around 10 times. Then they say for the next rnd to k each stitch around 108 sts. I have left the k2 p2 at 104 stitches from my cast on. I don’t understand what they want.

Hi,

Do you mean you only have 104 sts in each round? Did you start out with 104 sts when casting on?

I'm not sure what the intension of the pattern is but what I understand here is to knit every stitch on the next round and another 4 sts. extra to make it to 108 sts.

This is something very odd and I have never seen anything like this. It's more likely to be a typo.
