Here are description and requirements for the top pattern
A close-fit tunic top with slightly broad shoulder to fit 2-6 years-old girls.
The top is knitted in rounds starting from the bottom. There is a part just before the yoke that requires knitting in rows. The main body part is knitted in Eiffel Tower Stitch pattern and the yoke (the shoulder part that formed sleeves) is knitted in 1 X 1 rib pattern. Optional neck edge: You can add series of chain stitches along the neck edge if preferred. The chain stitches are done by crocheting.
