What do I do if my knitting pattern calls for *K4 P1 repeat from * to end of round, and I only have enough stitches to K4? Do I go ahead and P1, or skip the P1 and start the next round? I CO 90 stitches, and somehow on the last repeat I end with K4.

Running out of stitches ant end of round

Hello Kate,

Thanks for asking. There is a mistake somewhere in that row. Working on a multiple of 5 sts (k4,p1) over 90 sts should give you p1 at the end stitch. I would redo the row because it will mess up the pattern on the next row.

Happy knitting!
Ratcha
