Confusing pattern

I have the following written on my pattern, but I don't understand it...

Knit and Dec 0(1,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,0) STS at centre row.
Cont in St st and work 3(3,3,3,3,3,3,1,1,1) rows even.
Inc row (RS): k1,M1, knot to last st, M1, K1
Rep Inc row every RS row 0(0,0,0,0,0,0,0,3,8) times, every 4 rows 7(7,8,11,9,14,14,22,19,16) more times, then every 6 rows 10(10,9,8,9,6,6,0,0,0) times
- 68(71,75,79,82,86,90,94,98,102) STS.

The brackets are for different sizes of jumper and im working in medium, which is the second in the bracket.
So I understand everything up to the 'Inc row' part, but I can't understand what to do after that because it says 0 times!?

Basically, the 0 represent "doing nothing". So, when you see 0 for your size you can just skip that part of the instruction.

In this instruction, you can skip this part below;
Rep Inc row every RS row 0(0,0,0,0,0,0,0,3,8) times,

You then jump to these parts;

Inc row every 4 rows 7(7,8,11,9,14,14,22,19,16) more times, then every 6 rows 10(10,9,8,9,6,6,0,0,0) times.
