How do I increase the stitch?

I have 104 stitches and on the next row it is
K1 1:1:1:3:3, (inc in next stitch, K2)6 times,
K67 69:75:81:83:83. 92 94:100:106:110:110 stitches
I am knitting the 5th size (3),

Hi Jenny,

You can do increase by knit into front and back of the next stitch or knit and purl into the next st. Either way will work. You can try both ways to see what you like best. Here is a link to the increase knitting.
