How Do I Do The Following?

I follow the pattern then at the end os the row it says Knit pattern to within 10 stitches of the end and then do the following: k2 tpg' l 3. (O, l 2 tog) O. k1 How do I do this in 10 stitches

Hi Pat,

I'd love to help but the pattern doesn't make any sense to me
at all. I had never seen anything like this. Is there a link where i can look at the whole pattern?
